How to deposit:

Emerchant PAY is an online company accepting payments through debit cards issued by more than 20 China Banks. Transactions are simple and immediate.
Deposit steps: (Need to apply for internet banking services prior to use.)
(I) After logging in, click [Deposit] on the top menu bar.
(II) Choose [Emerchant PAY], enter the amount you wish to deposit and click the 'Submit' button.
(III) Select your depositing bank, then you will be directed to a page, enter your bank card number and password and enter to verify.
(IV) Funds will be deposited into your account once the request is verified and approved by your Bank.
There are 2 ways to apply for internet banking: “Internet application” or “Counter application”
Make sure your pop-up blocker (if any) is turned off.

Deposit Instruction:

Security is primary consideration of banks.
We recommend that you use ICBC or China Merchants Bank.
Register via ICBC counter will be open on next day; self-registration is immediately open.
Deposit processing time is within 5 minutes after successfully transferred from your account. If the time needed over, it might be 'lost ticket'. Please kindly contact our Customer Service Department, and provide information as below:
1. Account number.
2. Deposit number.
3. Bank order number. (Print Screen)
In order to better prevent 'lost ticket' happen, when you are submitting your deposit, we strongly suggest you:
1. Please do not repeat click on the submit button.
2. Please do not close the browser before receive the confirmation message from payment gateway.
3. Science the browser is connecting to secured website and it required security key confirmation. Please click 'Yes' if asking for security issues.
4. Please select at least IE browser 6.0 version and above, and support SSL 128 bit. And make sure your internet connection is stable.
Before requesting for a withdrawal, your total wagered amount has to be 100% of your initial deposit.
Your withdrawal request will be declined if this requirement is not met.
Example: Deposit RMB100, place bet for 4 games, RMB10 (Win), RMB20 (Lose), RMB50 (Win), RMB20 (Win), such can request for withdrawal.
